Coaches, Team Managers and Opens Captains – I’ll be preparing the first half of the 2026 draw soon.

If your team has a genuine, team-wide constraint (e.g. majority of players unavailable for early timeslots, school camp, major clash affecting multiple players), you may submit one consolidated request per team.

📌 Please note:
• One request per team only
• Submitted by either the coach or team manager (not both)
• Opens teams – captain to submit
• Coaching clashes have already been provided by clubs – no need to resend
• Individual preferences (e.g. one player can only play at 3:00pm) may be submitted, however they are unlikely to be accommodated
• Umpiring requirements and coaching clashes will be prioritised over all other requests

⏰ Teams must expect they may play at 12:20pm, 1:40pm or 3:00pm. We cannot guarantee a single timeslot for the season.

🗓 Deadline for first half of season requests: end of Tuesday 3rd March.

Requests received after this date may still be submitted but may not be able to be accommodated as the draw will be worked on next week.
